Everest Infrastructure Partners has completed the acquisition of two portfolios from Idaho-based communications tower developers. The towers are located along high-growth corridors in the vicinity of Boise, McCall, and the adjacent Payette National Forest. “This is a rapidly growing region of the U.S. and these towers are well positioned to support the future buildout needs of our wireless operators,” said Mike Mackey, President of Everest. The portfolios also include several mountaintop sites with strong existing tenancy and strategic network coverage locations.
“We are seeing significant interest from our wireless operator customers for new tower development in this region,” said Mackey. “We have acquired tower assets from three different developers in the Rocky Mountain region over the past twelve months and we expect substantial growth to support expanding network coverage in the future. Everest is actively developing new macro towers across this region as well as supporting the efforts of our independent development partners.”
