Everest Infrastructure Partners is pleased to announce the additions of Jim Donahue and Mark Uminski to its senior management team. Mr. Donahue and Mr. Uminski are seasoned veterans of the mobile communications industry and bring substantial operational capabilities to Everest.
Jim Donahue joins Everest with over 20 years of wireless industry experience, including leadership roles at Bell Atlantic Mobile (Verizon) and Crown Castle International where he was responsible for site acquisition, construction and development activities, and ongoing tower site operations throughout New England. With Everest, Mr. Donohue has been appointed Vice President of Tower Operations with responsibility for all operations of Everest’s tower assets throughout the U.S.
Mark Uminski is a pioneer in the mobile communications industry and brings to Everest more than 40 years’ experience including leadership roles with McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless, and Crown Castle International, where as Chief Technology Officer he oversaw growth to more than 10,000 tower assets and the integration of major tower portfolios from Verizon, GTE, Bellsouth and Powertel. Mr. Uminski has been appointed Chief Technology Officer with Everest.
